Financial Analyst (FP&A)

📋 Description

• Own FP&A deliverables end to end: budget-to-actual, monthly close, rolling forecasts.
• Build driver-based models: revenue, headcount, infra costs, key drivers.
• Conduct variance analysis; explain business impact and trends.
• Coordinate inputs for quarterly forecast and annual budget; consolidate views.
• Prepare board materials, investor deliverables, executive reporting, strategic analyses.
• Partner with teams to improve financial visibility and decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years FP&A or analytical finance experience.
• Strong accounting fluency: GL, accruals, statements, close-to-planning linkages.
• Proven ability to build clean, auditable driver-based models (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Strong data fluency: pull, clean, reconcile, analyze data from multiple systems.
• Ability to perform variance analysis and translate to business actions.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, CAC, payback period; quick to learn concepts.
