📋 Description

• Orchestrate complex Life Sciences workflows including translation, QA, DTP, multimedia, and
• Engage directly with customers to clarify project requirements, ensure assets are received, and
• Coordinate with engineering and linguistic teams to resolve bottlenecks quickly.
• Own internal and external communication within pre-defined SLAs.
• Identify risks, plan mitigations, and escalate to the Program Leader as needed.
• Define and delegate admin work to PCs and manage budgets effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5+ years of professional experience managing large-scale production for Life Sciences customers.
• Proven customer-facing experience and strong internal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and deadline-driven abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
