📋 Description

• Provide integration support to English and Spanish-speaking customers
• Assist customers in integrating NMI's payment solutions
• Support developers via APIs and SDKs for POS, mPOS, and e-commerce
• Serve as a point of contact for technical integration queries
• Contribute to projects and documentation as needed

• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken
• Customer-centric with strong service skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload
• Explain technical concepts clearly to varied audiences
• Experience or willingness to learn Objective-C
• Proficiency in C#, C++, or Java
