Product Manager - UPI

📋 Description

• AI-first Senior Product Manager role for AI-driven UPI experiences
• Own consumer journeys across onboarding, payments, mandates, and engagement
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI/Data Science, Design, Analytics, Risk, Operations, and Business
• Lead AI-powered experiences: intelligent assistants, conversational interfaces, and workflow
• Drive rapid experimentation and data-driven decisions to improve customer experience
• Partner with Design to deliver simple, delightful user experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Product Management for consumer-facing digital products
• Experience in Fintech, Payments, Banking, UPI, or AI-powered consumer products
• Strong product thinking with customer empathy and UX focus
• Experience using Generative AI to improve product discovery, execution, or customer experience
• Hands-on with AI-assisted workflows, copilots, or agentic product experiences
• Ability to write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
