Mission Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect and deliver end-to-end mission software across cloud, edge, and on-prem environments
• Translate operational needs into secure, scalable, resilient software architectures
• Serve as technical authority for design across microservices, event-driven, and modular
• Establish modern engineering practices: Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, IaC, and AI-assisted development
• Apply AI/ML to accelerate delivery and improve decision support
• Collaborate with program leadership, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps to meet DoD requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years using AI for software development
• Experience architecting large-scale systems and full-stack solutions
• Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, modular monoliths
• Strong Agile DevSecOps, automated CI/CD, IaC, cloud, and modern practices
• Experience with AI-assisted DevSecOps or AI/ML in software dev
• Familiarity with MOSA and MBSE
