Capital Markets Sales Technology Lead

📋 Description

• Lead design, development, and delivery of sales tech for equity derivatives distribution.
• Architect scalable order management for equity derivatives lifecycle.
• Maintain integrations with SIMON, Luma, Evooq, OTCX, Halo, CAIS.
• Drive adoption of digital distribution channels and self-service tools.
• Oversee Bloomberg workflows, pricing, and terminal integrations.
• Define coding standards and engineering best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering, 4+ in capital markets/financial services.
• Strong Python and Java, full-stack ownership.
• Deep knowledge of equity derivatives and structured products.
• Experience with structured product platforms like SIMON, Luma, Evooq, OTCX, Halo, CAIS.
• Bloomberg workflows, REST APIs, FIX or other messaging protocols.
