Construction Estimator (Division 5 – Metals & Steel)

📋 Description

• Perform complete estimating workflows for Division 5 steel and metals projects
• Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs from commercial and industrial plans, drawings, and
• Review and interpret construction documents to identify project scope and requirements
• Calculate material, labor, fabrication, and steel installation costs
• Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates
• Use Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Excel throughout the estimating process

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of dedicated construction estimating experience
• Strong background specifically in Division 5 Metals & Steel
• Experience with commercial and industrial construction projects
• Residential-only estimating experience does not qualify
• Strong quantity takeoff and construction document interpretation skills
• Proficiency with Bluebeam
