📋 Description

• Own relationships across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Serve as strategic partner to data-intensive enterprise customers across tech/business teams.
• Lead objective reviews to align stakeholders around objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify renewal/expansion opportunities by showing customer value.
• Support pre-sales and POC engagements by translating business needs into technical approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a strategic, customer-facing role (Customer Success, Forward Deployed Eng, etc.) in B2B
• Experience managing complex enterprise relationships, ideally Fortune 500.
• Proven ability to build trusted executive relationships and demonstrate customer value.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives, analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate objectives into actionable technical discussions and business impact.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams.
