Cultivation Agent

📋 Description

• On-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens
• Carry out day-to-day plant care: watering, pruning, trimming
• Maintain quality control and cleanliness in production area
• Move plants efficiently between areas and monitor production health

🎯 Requirements

• Two years experience in general production or equivalent training
• Ability to work in indoor/greenhouse climates
• Effective time-management and multi-tasking skills
• Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
