📋 Description

• Build and evolve shared AI capabilities across construction software products.
• Design production-grade AI systems: LLM experiences, retrieval pipelines, tool use, orchestration

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering, with production-grade AI or data-intensive systems.
• Excellent Python programming skills.
• Proficiency in Azure and AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and applications.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, tools, and agents.
• Ability to design end-to-end AI systems across APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infra.
