📋 Description

• The Promotions Manager for Africa leads promotional strategy for Evolution Group products in Africa.
• Responsible for creating/executing campaigns, reviewing performance and ROI against KPIs.
• Collaborates with Commercial/Marketing, partners, and Promotion Suite to maximize revenue.
• Sets up strategy and planning for promotions across games, ensuring budget and legal compliance.
• Provides insights/tools to Commercial team for high-quality promotions.
• Maintains knowledge of Evolution’s Promotion Suite API and promotes integration with partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a similar role; marketing strategy and campaign execution experience valued.
• Experience in iGaming is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s in marketing or related field advantageous.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency; excellent planning and communication skills.
• Commercial, results-driven mindset with travel willingness.
