Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Install, commission, and maintain TOMRA sorting machines at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electromechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive/corrective maintenance, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Support customer training and best practices for operation.
• Document service activities and provide feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with service, engineering, and sales teams to ensure quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical education or proven mechanical field service experience
• Minimum 5 years in Field Service
• Hands-on with pneumatics, hydraulics, rotating equipment
• Strong understanding of electrical systems/controls (desirable)
• On-site in industrial environments; customer-focused
• Fluent English; driving license; willing to travel up to 80% in EMEA
