• Senior tech ops and strategy role for CIO & Delivery leadership.
• Translate priorities into coordinated action and governance.
• Combine strategic planning, KPI reporting, and org effectiveness.

• Influence outcomes with strong judgment and exec presence.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years in tech ops, PMO, governance, or exec office roles.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus.
• Experience with exec presentations, KPI reporting, dashboards.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environment preferred.
• Strong tech delivery, governance, risk, and org effectiveness knowledge.
• Excellent written/verbal comms and stakeholder mgmt.
