• UA-focused role to scale an AI-Utility product
• Own setup, testing framework, and automation stack
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across channels
• Build from scratch: account structure, tracking, reporting cadence
• Own budget pacing across geos/channels for efficiency
• Deliver campaigns with data-driven optimization and testing

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing
• Strong analytics skills; comfortable with dashboards
• Experience with GA4, AppsFlyer/Adjust, Firebase or similar
• Interest in AI tools and automation
• Native Ukrainian; English for platforms/docs/partners
• Proactive, ownership-driven, fast learner
