📋 Description

• Own day to day media buying, optimisation and pacing in Poland
• Translate Poland’s priorities into concrete strategy with Global Growth team
• Set media mix, budgets, and experiment roadmap
• Partner with Data team for incrementality and MMM/MMP analyses
• Translate performance data into creative insights for Growth Creative pods
• Manage creative rotation and refresh needs

• Strong data-driven decision making
• Experience collaborating with creative teams
• Cross-channel growth mindset and investment prioritisation
• Familiarity with MMM, lift studies and incrementality testing
• Experience with creative testing frameworks
