• Oversee on time, on budget delivery of defined solution scope

• Ensure governance, risk and issue mitigation throughout the project
• Coordinate ServiceNow resources, track progress, manage deviations
• Collaborate with Sales, partner and customer; align deliverables with goals
• Mentor teams to achieve engagement deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
• 12+ years in professional services or equivalent
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Industry domain expertise in a workflow
• Independent project management with collaborative skills
• ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow
