📋 Description

• As a Senior Backend Engineer on Coder's Enterprise Experience team, you'll build the systems that
• You'll improve how Coder scales, how it's upgraded, and how reliably it performs in regulated
• Work on a cross-functional team of backend, platform, and QA engineers who own the end-to-end
• Collaborate across engineering and product to design features and evolve architecture to solve

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including Go production experience.
• Deep understanding of Go concurrency (goroutines, channels, sync) and debugging race conditions.
• Experience designing/operating relational databases in production (schema, migrations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting abilities; self-motivated and analytical.
