Senior 3D Generalist

📋 Description

• Lead and execute 3D pipeline steps with focus on modeling, texturing, shading, lighting, rendering.
• Build, dress, and light virtual sets and environments to match project aesthetics.
• Ensure visual quality and reasonable render times within project constraints.
• Produce high-quality, aesthetically pleasing renders.
• Incorporate client and director feedback into revisions.
• Collaborate with animators, compositors, and other generalists for optimal workflow.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in advertising or VFX preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Cinema4D or Maya.
• Strong rendering skills; familiar with Octane or Redshift.
• Experience with complex CGI pipelines.
• Independent, structured worker and clear communicator.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
