📋 Description

• Lead complex, multidisciplinary client engagements and oversee delivery, finances, team needs and
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and become a strategic partner
• Translate client challenges into engagement approaches, scopes of work, timelines and budgets for
• Oversee multiple projects/workstreams, ensure staffing, anticipate risks and maintain high-quality
• Collaborate with discipline leads and Partners on casting, process, financial and delivery
• Serve as a senior escalation point for clients and internal teams, navigating ambiguity with sound

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years leading complex digital, brand, product, service, innovation and/or transformation
• High EQ and situational awareness; navigate challenging situations with tact and judgment.
• High bar for engagement craft and quality; avoid status quo.
• Strong executive communication; distill complexity with clarity and confidence.
• Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, anticipate risk and lead teams through complex engagements.
