📋 Description

• Own the financial and operational performance of Matter Health’s Georgia market
• Manage market-level performance across patient engagement, access, scheduling efficiency, staffing
• Lead the operational execution of integrated care teams composed of licensed clinicians and
• Partner with the Market Medical Director through a dyad leadership model to align clinical and
• Establish clear accountability for operational decisions while respecting the Market Medical
• Lead workforce and capacity planning across the market and ensure reliable care delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner license
• At least five years of experience in a director-level healthcare operations position or similar
• Experience leading multisite, multi-clinic, or market-level healthcare operations
• Direct P&L ownership or meaningful responsibility for financial performance
• Experience operating within value-based, risk-based, or payer-aligned healthcare models
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to collaborate across clinical, operational
