- Lead data-driven roadmaps for CS groups; influence decisions with data and metrics
- Build scalable data tools and analytics for guest, host, and agent experiences
- Apply causal inference, experimentation, and ML to improve community support operations
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in business analytics or related quantitative field; Masters/PhD a plus
- Expert SQL and Python or R for data analysis
- Experience with ETL (Airflow), high-dimensional data modeling, and non-experimental causal methods
- Ability to work in ambiguity and influence cross-functional teams
- Strong storytelling to frame data-driven narratives
🎁 Benefits
- Pay ranges disclosed: $164,000 – $191,000 USD
- Remote eligible with possible office/onsite offsites; must live where Airbnb has a registered entity
