- Own delivery for Profile Agents and Customer 360 outputs
- Lead a small senior team and scale as the product grows
- Set technical direction with product and VP of Engineering
- Define how we validate correctness against customer data
- Collaborate with customers to turn problems into priorities

🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering management experience
- 8+ years in production data or distributed systems
- Experience shipping data engineering products (ETL, MDM, data quality)
- Hands-on with agents or LLMs for data problems (matching, entity resolution, pipelines)
- Proven ability to take a product from 0 to 1 and define processes/architecture
- Understanding of how customer data is used downstream in marketing/sales/service
