- Set technical direction for cloud-native platform across teams
- Own multi-cloud topology, control-plane design, and workload isolation at scale
- Partner with senior leaders to drive architectural decisions
- Design and build critical components like control planes and operators
- Mentor engineers and shape the organization’s technical leadership
🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years designing distributed systems in production; Kubernetes at scale
- Hands-on with hyperscalers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and managed K8s (EKS/AKS/GKE)
- Leadership across multiple teams with architectural influence
- Deep expertise in operator/controller pattern, IaC, Crossplane, GitOps, CNI, service mesh
- Go programming and cloud-native tooling proficiency
