Legal Ops Associate, OC Management

📋 Description

• Build and run systems and processes powering Coinbase's outside counsel spend and management
• Leverage technology, automation, and AI-first workflows to manage vendors, budgets, and e-billing
• Partner with Sr. Manager, Outside Counsel Spend & Strategy to optimize engagement, evaluation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of outside counsel management experience at an in-house legal
• Experience managing legal accruals, forecasting inputs, and month-end financial processes with
• Hands-on experience with legal e-billing platforms (Brightflag or comparable) and Excel/Google
• Proven project management experience from inception to execution, including process design and
• Experience with data tools (SQL, Snowflake, Looker, or similar) for reports and dashboards.
• Ability to apply generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency and

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $99,365 – $116,900 USD; total compensation may include equity and bonus
