• Own and scale pre-client growth: funnel, creative, and distribution systems
• Ship production-ready code and partner with design/engineering
• Own one metric: new funded accounts; optimize CPA and organic reach
• Build acquisition surfaces and stand-alone growth tools
• Lead measurement-driven growth with a focus on conversion

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth, acquisition, or product-led growth
• Proven mechanism for how a concept spreads online
• Strong platform/audience instincts and amplification skills
• Ability to recruit/brief partners for amplification
• Experience with agents/automation and repeatable pipelines
• Rigorous measurement, SQL familiarity
