📋 Description

• Partner with product, engineering, and design to drive growth opportunities across acquisition
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to uncover growth opportunities and inform
• Champion experimentation and evidence-based decision-making; help teams launch, evaluate, and
• Define KPIs and analytical frameworks aligned to measurable business outcomes.
• Apply statistical analysis, forecasting, causal inference, and machine learning to understand user

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, growth analytics, experimentation, or related field in a
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Deep knowledge of experimentation, causal inference, statistical analysis, forecasting, and KPI
• Strong product and business acumen; connect user behavior to outcomes.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, operations, engineering
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguous projects end-to-end with strong delivery.
