📋 Description

• Investigate and process injury claims end-to-end, in line with company policy and applicable state
• Gather and evaluate police reports, medical records, and witness statements to build a clear
• Interview claimants, witnesses, medical providers, and other parties to determine liability and
• Determine claim value and negotiate settlements that are fair, defensible, and timely
• Keep detailed, accurate records of all claim activity throughout the lifecycle of each file
• Collaborate with legal counsel and cross-functional teams when cases require it

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of property damage or injury liability claim-handling experience
• A background handling litigated and attorney-represented files — a strong advantage
• Solid working knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication — no jargon, just plain English
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively depending on what the file needs
