Software Engineer, Data Infrastructure - AI Platform

📋 Description

• Build and operate critical data infrastructure in a government cloud environment.
• Own distributed serving layer performance and reliability, with AI-assisted tooling for debugging
• Develop, maintain, and harden data pipelines for investigations with emphasis on reliability and
• Participate in on-call responsibilities and drive incident response improvements.
• Collaborate with Data Platform, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product and other teams across
• Apply AI tools to accelerate debugging, reviews, and development while maintaining high standards.

🎯 Requirements

• US citizenship is required due to government cloud data access requirements.
• Hands-on experience with distributed OLAP, analytical databases, or serving-layer systems (e.g.
• Strong experience with query tuning, database performance optimization, and large-scale distributed
• Experience owning data pipeline reliability, production operations, and incident response.
• Ability to learn and operate unfamiliar production infrastructure independently.
• Comfort with on-call responsibilities and high-availability environments.
