Senior Estimator

📋 Description

• Support bidding with cost estimates for projects/services
• Coordinate estimates with capture team and present submittals to managers
• Travel may be required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years estimating experience in heavy-civil or geotechnical fields
• Experience with Primavera/MS Project and estimating software (Bid2Win/B2W, HCSS)
• Quantity takeoff, MS Office, Excel proficiency
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet bids deadlines and mentor staff
