📋 Description
- Senior Staff PM for ITSM Product team; define strategy across ITSM/ITAM/ITOM and adjacent products
- Own customer-facing strategy, roadmap and outcomes for enterprise capabilities
- Partner with Enterprise Readiness, Platform and AI teams to deliver differentiated outcomes
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to maximize customer value
- Mentor product managers in enterprise strategy and customer-centric development
- Drive alignment across multiple product organizations
🎯 Requirements
- 10–14+ years in enterprise SaaS product management
- Expertise in enterprise software: security, governance, compliance, admin
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
- Ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor’s in Engineering/CS; MBA a plus; autonomy to drive alignment
