Laboratory Business Manager

📋 Description

• Lead laboratory team, schedule and train staff
• Ensure high quality, efficient operations and adherence to standards
• Oversee budgeting, capital expenses, revenue and cost control
• Coordinate activities with other locations and client engagement
• Represent the lab in technical meetings and with Sales/Marketing on studies
• Maintain safety, health, and environmental documentation and programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years supervisory and laboratory operations experience
• Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and cost control
• Strong communication and customer relations skills
• Proficient in English (reading/writing/speaking)
• Familiarity with EPA/DOT/OSHA and related regulations
