DC Safety & Security Specialist

📋 Description

• Support Safety, Security, and Loss Prevention strategies within the DC.
• Guide DC team; plan, execute, and follow up on trainings in Safety/Security/Loss Prevention.
• Coordinate insurance processes and security services/solutions per standards.
• Analyze KPIs to monitor Safety and security across DC locations.
• Maintain incident records; ensure transparency and risk mitigation.
• Support Code of Ethics program with 3PL and suppliers.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise in Safety, Security, and DC operational processes.
• Experience in Occupational Health & Safety compliance beneficial.
• Understanding of global policies and local legislation for Safety/Security.
• Proactive risk identification with actionable mitigation insights.
• Effective communication; capable of stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent organizational skills; proficient with documentation tools (e.g., Office 365).
