📋 Description
- Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules for federal baseline and client needs.
- Support Fit-Gap analyses comparing federal processes to baseline platform.
- Decide if requirements are met OOTB, via config, or need customization.
- Create functional design docs and configuration workbooks.
- Build and execute test scripts; support UAT and production releases.
- Release and validate configurations in non-prod and prod post go-live.
🎯 Requirements
- US Citizenship required for work authorization.
- Active Public Trust clearance required.
- Undergraduate degree (or equivalent years of experience).
- 2-5 years of relevant functional/technical experience.
- Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configuration in at least one module.
- Experience gathering requirements and writing functional design docs.
