Regulated Messaging Engineer

📋 Description

• Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot messaging transport services using SMTP
• Manage Windows Server and IIS infrastructure for messaging workflows
• Develop Python automation and tools to improve efficiency
• Design and oversee messaging retention and archiving to meet compliance
• Configure Proofpoint Enterprise Archive and retention capabilities
• Implement governance for messaging platforms and archives

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Windows-based SMTP forwarding services
• Hands-on with Windows IIS SMTP forwarding, maintenance, troubleshooting
• Experience with email retention, archiving, or vaulting platforms
• Administering Proofpoint Enterprise Archive (experience with other Proofpoint products is a plus)
• Strong Python skills for automation and integrations
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases
