📋 Description

• Lead and develop the clinical field sales team in the region.
• Manage utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System within installed base.
• Oversee installations, training, and utilization growth.
• Hire, train, and develop U.S. Account Managers.
• Travel as required to support sales efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven da Vinci Surgery sales or 5+ years clinical sales management.
• Operating Room environment knowledge.
• Capital equipment sales process experience.
• Experience directing a medical device sales team.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
