📋 Description

• Senior-level software engineer with backend focus and distributed systems experience
• Own features across the stack when needed, with 70% backend work and 20-30% frontend
• Design reliable backend systems and contribute frontend components for complete product experiences
• Work on incrementality product, real-time data infrastructure, and AI-powered workflows for
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and designers
• Contribute to RBAC and other product areas as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building distributed backend systems, microservices, APIs, or data processing in Python
• Experience designing system architecture and working closely with product teams
• Startup or breadth-focused environment with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to turn ambiguous needs into production-ready solutions
• Experience navigating large datasets and complex tables for issue investigation
• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript; deep frontend specialization not required
