📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design and evolution of design system foundations (color, typography, spacing
• Build and maintain scalable design-token architecture linking design libraries with front-end.
• Define component specs, guidelines, accessibility requirements, and rationale for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to develop reusable components meeting WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
• Audit interfaces, inventory components, and roadmap design-system coverage.
• Mentor designers, collaborate with product teams, and drive governance and quality metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of UX/UI design experience, 3+ years in design systems or design infrastructure (B2B
• Experience building and scaling design systems, tokens, governance models, and contribution
• Expertise with Figma (variants, Auto Layout, tokens, interactive prototyping, library management).
• Strong understanding of front-end constraints and collaboration with HTML, CSS, and
• WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility patterns embedded in design specs and components.
• Experience with design-system governance, documentation, audits, and roadmaps.
