Principal ML System Engineer

📋 Description

• Define technical vision and multi-quarter roadmap for ML platform.
• Establish architectures and scalable ML pipelines for training to serving.
• Lead MLOps practices: CI/CD, registries, feature stores, experiments.
• Design reliability, observability, and performance for production ML systems.
• Define security architecture and compliance monitoring for ML platform.
• Develop scalable infra patterns linking ML with enterprise data sources.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level Python and Java; strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience building production-grade ML platforms and MLOps at scale.
• Extensive hands-on with MLflow, Kubeflow, Ray, or equivalent.
• Extensive cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP); Docker & Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-team engineering initiatives.
• Strong ML lifecycle knowledge: training, eval, deployment, monitoring.
