• Lead a multidisciplinary AI organization across AI engineering, data science, software, and
• Define strategy and roadmap for an agentic AI platform enabling reusable agents and
• Drive adoption, workflow efficiency, and clinical-trial value via agentic AI.
• Lead cloud AI services on AWS SageMaker, aligning with enterprise standards.
• Mentor leaders and translate requirements into AI roadmaps and investment priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading AI/ML teams in tech-driven orgs.
• Hands-on design/build/deploy of cloud AI/ML platforms, preferably AWS.
• Proven use of AWS SageMaker for model dev, deployment, monitoring, automation.
• Experience designing generative/agentic AI systems (LLMs, orchestration, observability).
• Experience with multimodal AI using structured and unstructured data.
• Strong software engineering and platform architecture across APIs, security, DevOps/MLOps.
