• Hybrid analyst/builder role in NYC-based product UX flows
• Identify friction and drop-offs in application journeys
• Prototype and ship fixes using AI tools (Claude)
• Collaborate with product, engineering, underwriting teams
• Measure changes and iterate based on impact
• Own ongoing review of product and UX journeys

• ~2+ years in business, analyst, ops, or product-adjacent work
• Analytical mindset and strong business judgment
• Self-starter with ownership instinct
• Comfort using AI tools (Claude) for analysis & execution
