Manager, App Support Oracle Fusion HCM - Payroll

📋 Description

• Lead HR technology application support and enhancement activities for Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and
• Subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Payroll; advise on payroll processing, tax, benefits
• Manage full application change lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, deployment
• Lead release and change management for Oracle modules; assess risks and downstream impacts.
• Provide Tier 2 support leadership: incident intake, prioritization, escalation, timely resolution.
• Partner with functional owners and stakeholders to optimize configurations and automate processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma/GED + 4+ years relevant experience.
• 12+ years HR tech support including leadership of service delivery and vendor relationships.
• Extensive hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience: Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Talent
• Strong Oracle Fusion Payroll expertise: US/Canada payroll, tax, benefits, reporting, configuration.
• OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BPM Worklist; troubleshooting HCM integrations.
• SQL/database queries, data extracts, interfaces, reporting tech, data manipulation.
