📋 Description

• Own multi-channel partner acquisition campaigns end-to-end
• Drive a scalable demand engine to grow the partner base
• Lead internal teams (Paid Media, Marketing Ops, Content) on strategy and execution
• Act as internal authority on partner insights to guide marketing decisions
• Manage the partner acquisition funnel from impression to qualified application

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in B2B demand generation or partner marketing
• Proven multi-channel acquisition strategy leadership
• Strong funnel metrics know-how (CPL, CPA, conversion rates)
• Collaborative cross-functional operator with GTM alignment
• Fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) in daily work
• Effective communicator of data-driven performance to senior stakeholders
