Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the customer implementation from contract signature through adoption.
• Manage 30–40 concurrent projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Design and adjust project plans to sustain momentum during onboarding.
• Conduct live training sessions and executive updates via video.
• Guide customers through complex technical rollouts for readiness.
• Serve as the primary contact during implementation across org levels.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or PM (platform preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multi-month implementations for mid-market to Fortune 100.
• Experience with cloud platforms and rapid learning of complex ecosystems.
• Strong communication across Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, etc., at all levels.
• Ability to manage personalities and drive accountability without direct authority.
• High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a go-getter mindset.
