Senior Software Engineer - AI Interaction Evaluator (Codex / Claude Code, up to $200/hr)

📋 Description

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end-to-end
• Judge usefulness, correctness, and engineering taste
• Provide direct, opinionated feedback
• Work with Codex/Claude Code in real scenarios
• Contract role with start ASAP through early May

🎯 Requirements

• Staff / Principal-level engineer (or equivalent)
• Strong TS/JS and Python background
• Hands-on with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Cursor
• Experience with AI-assisted dev workflows
• Ability to evaluate code without full execution
• Clear, critical feedback on engineering quality
