📋 Description

• Mid-level developer for ServiceNow platform focusing on ITSM.
• Develop, customize and integrate ServiceNow solutions using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
• Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, ACLs, and workflows
• Design reports, dashboards, and KPIs; support data modeling and multi-source information
• Contribute to automation, AI and GenAI initiatives within ServiceNow.
• Follow development best practices for security, quality, scalability and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on ITSM knowledge, especially Incident and Change Management.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) mandatory.
• Strong JavaScript skills in ServiceNow development.
• Experience building integrations via REST APIs.
• Knowledge of reports, dashboards, data structures and platform capabilities.
