📋 Description
- Lead civil and mechanical projects end-to-end in biosolids management.
- Deliver projects from concept to handover with £100K–£2M values.
- Oversee plant assets and refurbishment of digesters and pads.
- Ensure health, safety and compliance in high-risk environments.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and governance per CDM.
- Engage stakeholders across internal teams and suppliers.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience delivering civil/mechanical projects in operational settings.
- Strong health and safety management knowledge in high-risk environments.
- Understanding of construction and design management (CDM) principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and projects.
- Ability to plan to budgets, schedules and quality standards.
- Experience assessing risks and implementing controls.
