Solution Sales Engineer (Pre Sales)

📋 Description

• Bridge customer needs, sales goals, and technical product capabilities
• Serve as technical liaison between customers, sales, and engineering
• Deliver technical demos, trials, and proofs-of-concept tailored to requirements
• Translate requirements into specs guiding product development
• Support mid-market and enterprise customers with tailored solutions
• Own features from high-level requirements through delivery with engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Admin, IT, or related field
• Around 5 years in IT software, tech sales, sales engineering, or related role
• Strong knowledge of SQL, databases, data warehousing, ERP integrations
• Good understanding of APIs; experience with Postman
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot)
• Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes
