Sr Principal Controls Engineer

📋 Description

• Senior leadership role for advanced control systems.
• Define scalable automation spanning PLCs, IPC, SCADA, BMS, EPMS, MES.
• Lead PLC/IPC projects with Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, Beckhoff, Codesys.
• Design SCADA/HMI across Ignition, WinCC, FactoryTalk, AVEVA.
• Develop modular control logic per IEC 61131-3.
• Produce design docs: FDS, SO, I/O lists, E&A matrices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor in Electrical/Controls Eng; Master preferred.
• 8+ years in control systems for complex environments.
• Hands-on PLC/IPC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff).
• SCADA/HMI experience across Ignition, WinCC, FactoryTalk, AVEVA.
• Industrial protocols: Modbus, BACnet, OPC UA, Ethernet/IP; SNMP optional.
• Experience with BMS/EPMS; FAT/SAT, commissioning, RCA.
