📋 Description

• Execute booking and documentation with clients/carriers
• Timely shipment troubleshooting and exception escalation
• Collaborate with Flexport AM and Planning to ensure end-to-end export process
• Coach junior specialists on daily tasks
• Plan and execute special freight operations (DG, reefer, etc)
• Support clients to make the best decisions with expertise

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, ocean carrier
