📋 Description

• Maintain and enhance messaging transport services using Windows SMTP, ensuring reliability and
• Manage Windows Server and IIS infrastructure supporting regulated messaging workflows.
• Develop Python-based automation and integrations to address gaps and improve efficiency.
• Design and oversee messaging retention and archiving solutions to meet global regulatory
• Configure and test Proofpoint Enterprise Archive, including retention capabilities.
• Implement governance for messaging compliance, retention, and regulatory standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering and architecture experience with Windows-based SMTP forwarding, email retention
• Hands-on Windows IIS SMTP forwarding services configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and
• Practical experience with email retention, archiving, or electronic communications vaulting.
• Experience administering Proofpoint Enterprise Archive; familiarity with other Proofpoint products
• Strong Python skills for automation and integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.
